Train hard.
Without overtraining.
Adherence reads how hard every session felt (RPE) and adjusts tomorrow's loads automatically, so you keep progressing instead of breaking down. Built for selection prep, service and police fitness tests, HYROX and hybrid athletes.

Why people fail: too much, too early
Selection and service-test training guides keep warning about the same thing: candidates start late, train too hard and get overuse injuries. More volume isn't more progress. Adherence is built around the minimum effective dose.
Autoregulation engine
Log RPE after each set. Push past what the day called for and the next session's loads drop automatically to protect recovery.
Three progressive phases
Vanguard builds the base, Overwatch sustains readiness, Echelon escalates. You graduate by completing the work, not by guessing.
After Action Reports
Every session logged with tonnage and sets. Earn rank as your lifetime tonnage grows, from Candidate upwards.
How it works
- Baseline. Enter bodyweight and a few 5-rep maxes. Adherence builds your first mission manifest.
- Train and rate. Follow the day's directive and log how hard each set felt.
- Adapt. Tomorrow's loads adjust to today's effort, so hard days don't snowball into injuries.
- Progress. Graduate phases and ranks as the work adds up.

Questions
What is RPE?
Rate of Perceived Exertion: a 1–10 rating of how hard a set felt. Adherence uses it to decide whether tomorrow's loads go up, stay or come down.
Who is it for?
Anyone combining strength with endurance: people preparing for military selection or service and police fitness tests, HYROX athletes, ruckers and hybrid lifters.
How much does it cost?
Every new subscriber gets a 7-day free trial. After that it's a monthly or a yearly subscription (the yearly plan saves about half). Prices are shown in your currency in the store before you confirm.
Is it medical advice?
No. Adherence sets athletic training targets. Check with a professional if you have an injury or a medical condition.
